S. Torok, CRNP

​Samantha Torok is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in the field of Nephrology for over 15 years. She earned her Bachelor’s of Nursing from Ohio University and completed her MSN with a focus on Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at the University of Pittsburgh. Sam is a Member of American Society of Nephrology since 2009 and is certified in Basic Life Support.
